All orders over £100 are delivered FREE of charge to customers located in Mainland UK. Orders under £100 require an additional £4.50 delivery fee.

For Northern Ireland there is a £13.50 delivery charge on massage tables. For Scottish Highlands and offshore islands such as Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man, massage accessories have a £4.50 delivery charge on all orders, while for large items such as stools, chairs and tables the delivery charge is £19.95.

Orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 12 noon. Any order placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day.

All massage tables are dispatched using a 24-hour courier. Massage accessories are dispatched using Standard Post, 3 Day Service, or Overnight service (determined by number of items).

After you place an order, you will receive an order notification email in your inbox. Please check your spam or junk folder if the order notification does not appear in your inbox.

We will endeavour to correct the mistake before shipment, but additional fees may apply if the order has already been processed and shipped.

Your massage accessory order will be dispatched using Standard Post, 3 Day Service, or Overnight. The delivery method depends on the weight of the order, and generally takes 1-3 days to arrive. 

Choose Next Working Day Courier for an additional £6.50 on massage accessories for them to be delivered with a 24hr courier.
